How long will my order take?
Standard lead time varies by product. Please see the lead time listed against each product on the website.
Generally, lead times are as follows:
- Writing Boards – available from 2 days
- Noticeboards – available from 2 days
- Easels – available from 2 days
- Dining furniture – 2 to 4 weeks
- Personalised products with name / logo – 4 weeks
Express Delivery 2 Day Delivery is available on a wide variety of products.

All of our products come with a guarantee, which represents our commitment to both quality and service. Our guarantee varies by product and this information is shown on our website and in our catalogues.
Generally, our guarantees are as follows:

- Dining furniture – 16 years (on welds & mechanism)
Where are your products made?
Our products are all designed in the UK, and we have manufacturing sites in Glasgow and Lincolnshire.
How easy are your products to assemble?
Our range includes fully assembled and self-assembly products. These are identified throughout the catalogue and on our website. Where a product is self-assembly, all the instructions, screws and other fixings are in the box. In most cases we even supply the tools to do the job.
All Mobile Dining Furniture is commissioned on site by our experience team who will ensure it is left fully assembled and ready to use.
Our Display and Presentation products are all provided with detailed user guides showing clear step by step pictorial instructions.

Free Site Survey - To help with the buying process, we offer a FREE site survey. A member of our experienced team will visit to discuss your requirements and take the necessary measurements. This information will then be shared with our Product Design Team who will provide bespoke space plans that meet your needs and budget.
Free Space Planning – Our Product Design Team are experts in creating bespoke dining solutions through our FREE space planning service. We will provide detailed drawings of how the environment will look and feel, giving you the confidence that the solution meets your needs and budget.
Free Gold Service – All Mobile Folding Dining Furniture includes FREE Gold Service Delivery. Our team will deliver your tables on a day that is convenient for you using sustainable packaging. We will unpack and commission the tables, then our expert team will provide training.

Maintenance
How do I clean and care for my dining furniture?
To ensure the longevity of your dining tables, it is important to regularly inspect the table operation for smoothness and general stability. We recommend the following:
- Clean table tops according to current food service hygiene practices after each use
- Exterior components of tables should be inspected for food deposits and cleaned as required
- The underside of the tables should be inspected for chewing gum and other food deposits
- Every 6 months you should lubricate tables with a food grade silicon spray, which is required to pivot joints, or more often if indicated by stiff operation or noise
- Ensure tables are used in accordance with supplied operating instructions
Caution:- Excessive use of water during cleaning may cause corrosion

Are noticeboards suitable for pins and staples?
In the main our noticeboards are suitable for use with pin and staples but please refer to the product information list on the website or in the catalogue.
How do I care for my writing board surface?
Always use good quality dry marker pens with a soft tip and allow the ink to dry before it is erased.
The surfaces are easily cleaned with a dry cloth or whiteboard eraser which should be done on a regular basis. Occasional cleaning with Spaceright Whiteboard Cleaner will assist in keeping the surfaces in pristine condition.
